The S. Thomas’ Preparatory School Old Boys’ Union (Prep OBU) proudly celebrates Roven and his partner Archt. Kavinda Tissera of Island Studio Pvt Ltd for winning 1st place in the Generic Housing Models in Sri Lanka design competition, organized by SLIA, UDA, and the Ministry of Urban Development.
Their design “A House That Grows With You” offers an innovative, affordable housing concept using local materials — recognized at World Habitat Day 2025 by H.E. President Anura Kumara Dissanayake.

The choirs of S. Thomas’ Preparatory School, Kollupitiya and S. Thomas’ College, Mt. Lavinia will unite for their Annual Joint Holy Eucharist on Education Sunday at the Chapel of the Transfiguration, Mt. Lavinia, Sunday, 5 October 2025 at 7:30 a.m.
